• > How many LEGO sets can I choose with NetBricks One-Time Rental?
Choose up to 10 sets.
• > How quickly will I receive my LEGO sets?
We pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 3-5 business days.
• > How do I ship LEGO sets back?
When you're done, disassemble the sets keeping each set separate. Place sets, instructions, and minifigs in their respective bags in the shipping box. Affix the free return label, and send it on its way.
• > What happens if I lose pieces?
It helps our team (and the next builder) if you return all pieces. But if a few go missing, we have tons of spares! We replace standard missing pieces (up to 10 for small sets, 20 for larger sets) free of charge. Minifigs and highly specialized pieces are replaced at market cost.
• > What if the set I receive is missing pieces?
We triple-check every set before shipping. However, mistakes do happen and sometimes pieces get lost. Just let us know what is missing and we will send those pieces to you.
• > How long can I keep the sets?
Our One-Time Rental plan is based on a 30-day return. If you'd like to keep your set(s) longer, you'll be billed monthly. Your rental ends when your return has been received.
