PRIVACY
NetBricks does not sell, rent or exploit the information provided by you for marketing purposes. The personal information you provide NetBricks will be stored on secured computers and/or servers. You consent to the use of this information to create a profile of interest in renting LEGO sets, preferences and browsing patterns that will allow you to participate in the Service. See “Personal Information” for more details.
SERVICES AND LIMITATIONS
NetBricks relies on the integrity of member and the accuracy of information they provide. The responsibility for providing inaccurate information lies on the contributing Member and NOT on NetBricks. NetBricks does not verify the existence or the completeness of the LEGO sets published by Members.
NetBricks ensures that a set is sent in a clean condition yet NetBricks cannot guarantee the set(s) condition following the shipping process. Stickers are not included with any of our sets.
NetBricks will not charge any member for normal loss of pieces. Normal loss is defined as loss of up to 15 individual LEGO bricks. Any sets rented and returned and found to be missing more than 40 pieces will incur the market value of the price of the set(s). The charge does not represent a purchase of the sets by the member as the damaged sets is being salvaged and needs to be replenished. Special pieces that will be identified during checkout must be returned with the sets and are not included within the normal loss of pieces definition. These pieces have an estimated cost of $5.00 or more per unit and are not easily replaced. In circumstances where special pieces are not returned with the sets and the sets is identified as no replacements available based on the status of the sets, the member may be charged the entire cost of the sets based on market value. NetBricks reserves the right to turn any outstanding balance after an account has been closed for non-payment or non-return of company assets over to a collection agency.
Any gifts subscription that is applied to an existing account is converted to credit for the total amount paid for the gift. Gift credit cannot be transferred between accounts or refunded.
SHIPPING
Members receive all sets via a shipping carrier. NetBricks does not require signatures or other methods of verifying delivery. It is the member responsibility to ensure there is a safe and secure place for delivering the member requested sets. NetBricks is not responsible for the shipment once it has been delivered to the member’s residence. The member or user is responsible for the return of NetBricks rental property. Please contact support for a return label or use the label included with your order. The member or user is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to NetBricks as a result of using a different unapproved shipping method. The member or user will incur additional costs if residence pick up request is initiated.

NetBricks Shipping Methods
- Pro Memberships – All pro memberships include free round trip shipping.
- Ala Cart – Ala cart rentals are charged a round trip shipping fee currently $16.99 per set.
- One-Time Rental – One-Time Rental memberships are charged a round trip shipping fee currently $16.99.
- Unlimited – Unlimited members are charged a round trip shipping fee currently $16.99 for each shipment.All shipping prices subject to change at NetBricks sole discretion.
QUEUE MANAGEMENT for Pro Memberships and Unlimited
Members have the ability to place sets inside their queue for current or future delivery. NetBricks encourages active participation in managing the members queue to ensure they are receiving the sets they most desire. Once the “Release Queue” button has been pushed upon the initial set up, NetBricks will not pick up additional changes for that play-cycle. Subsequent queues are released automatically and do not require the need for any action as long as there is product within the queue. NetBricks reserves the right to change queue placement based on available inventory. A queue has up to 50 placeholders for members to add the sets of their choice. An auto populate function will fulfill any remaining placeholders with product. A member must delete any unwanted items from the queue and replace with sets that are desired.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
NetBricks requires Cancellation of your membership (defined as the act of placing your account into a Cancelled status) AND the return of the LEGO sets included in your order(s) to discontinue services. Members/Users will be charged until service has been discontinued. Should you decide to Cancel your membership, you may do so by visiting the “My Account” section on the website or by contacting customer service. A membership cannot be Cancelled within the first 30 days. Customers who desire only a single shipment can sign up for the One-time Rental. Members must have all set(s) returned within 7 days of membership end date to avoid being charged for their next and any subsequent membership cycles. NetBricks reserves the right to charge a member’s payment method on file ongoing after Cancellation if the set(s) are not returned for up to 24 months in order to replace those sets in our inventory.
NetBricks will charge a 20% premium above the then current market price on all sets that are not returned within 7 days following Cancellation. Set(s) returned after the member/user has been charged will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to any other charges that have occurred or been assessed.
NetBricks reserves the right to Cancel a membership at any time.
COUPON ACCEPTANCE
NetBricks accepts coupons on new membership sign up only. Exceptions can be made to existing accounts with the help of member care. The decision of whether to honor those coupons is at the sole discretion of NetBricks. If a coupon expires, NetBricks will honor the face value but not the promotional offer associated with the coupon. Stacking of coupons on a single account is strictly prohibited and will not be honored.
PRICING
NetBricks offers five different rental propositions:
- 30 day “Express” membership – elected budget is refreshed monthly. This is for the member looking for thousands of dollars in Lego’s annually.
- 60 day membership – elected budget is refreshed bi-monthly. This allows for maximum play time with a high value verses purchasing outright.
- Ala Cart – monthly charge for a select set(s). This is for the user who has very specific needs of building but wants to limit large quantities of Lego’s all at once.
- NetBricks One-Time Rental – a one-time rental box. This is perfect for the user who wants to rent sets every once and a while. The user chooses what they want and when they want it.
- Unlimited – a single set rental subscription. The user picks the sets and we send them to the user one-by-one. For builders who want to build one Lego set after another.
- 6 Month Prepaid – a Pro Membership prepaid for 6 months. This option gives a discounted price to the subscription cost. The membership is recurring every 6 months unless cancelled by member (please see cancellation policy). Member is charged in advance for the Pro Membership selected.
- Beginner plan: For a monthly fee of $39 per month (billed in two month increments), you have access to a maximum of 5 Lego sets worth up to $200.00 of retail value every 60 days. Your payment will recur until you cancel the plan and the last sets that were sent to you are returned to our distribution center in acceptable condition. A single shipment is sent during each two-month (60-day) play cycle. A two-month cycle requires two monthly payments billed in a single payment. The full cost of the membership cycle will be billed in advance of the first day of the cycle. A pre-authorization for up to $250 will remain the entire cycle until the bricks are returned. A member may cancel at any time. All charges are final once charged.
- Beginner Express plan: For a monthly fee of $59 per month you have access to a maximum of 5 Lego sets worth up to $200.00 of retail value every 30 days. Your payment will recur until you cancel the plan and the last sets that were sent to you are returned to our distribution center in acceptable condition. A single shipment is sent during the 30-day play cycle. The full cost of the membership cycle will be billed in advance of the first day of the cycle. A pre-authorization for up to $250 will remain the entire cycle until the bricks are returned. A member may cancel at any time. All charges are final once charged.
- Master plan: For a monthly fee of $49 per month (billed in two month increments), you have access to a maximum of 5 Lego sets worth up to $400.00 of retail value every 60 days. Your payment will recur until you cancel the plan and the last sets that were sent to you are returned to our distribution center in acceptable condition. A single shipment is sent during each two-month (60-day) play cycle. A two-month cycle requires two monthly payments billed in a single payment. The full cost of the membership cycle will be billed in advance of the first day of the cycle. A pre-authorization for up to $450 will remain the entire cycle until the bricks are returned. A member may cancel at any time. All charges are final once charged.
- Master Express Plan: For a monthly fee of $69 per month you have access to a maximum of 5 Lego sets worth up to $400.00 of retail value every 30 days. Your payment will recur until you cancel the plan and the last sets that were sent to you are returned to our distribution center in acceptable condition. - Ala Cart:Any set can be individually rented on a per month basis. The price will be variable depending on the set. A pre-authorization will be performed for 105% of the market value price that will be dropped upon proper return of the set minus any applicable fees.
- NetBricks One-Time Rental: For a monthly fee starting at $24 you will have access to the set(s) selected in your order. Users are charged a base fee of $24 for the first $100 of budget and a fee of $1.50 for each additional $10 worth of budget monthly until the set(s) are returned. The subscription is cancelled when the sets are returned to NetBricks. To sign up for a subsequent One-Time Rental the user needs to reactivate the account with a new selection of sets. A pre-authorization for up to 105% of market value will remain the entire cycle until the sets are returned. All charges are final once charged.
- Unlimited Small: For a monthly fee of $29 per month you will have access to any set with a retail value of up to $100. Your payment will recur until you cancel the plan and the last sets that were sent to you are returned to our distribution center in acceptable condition. A new set will be shipped to the customer when the previous set is received by NetBricks. The full cost of the membership cycle will be billed once per month based on the date the user signed up. The user will also be billed $14.99 each time a new set is shipped. A pre-authorization for up to $100 will remain the entire cycle until the bricks are returned. A member may cancel at any time. All charges are final once charged.
- Unlimited Medium: For a monthly fee of $39 per month you will have access to any set with a retail value of up to $200. Your payment will recur until you cancel the plan and the last sets that were sent to you are returned to our distribution center in acceptable condition. A new set will be shipped to the customer when the previous set is received by NetBricks. The full cost of the membership cycle will be billed once per month based on the date the user signed up. The user will also be billed $14.99 each time a new set is shipped. A pre-authorization for up to $200 will remain the entire cycle until the bricks are returned. A member may cancel at any time. All charges are final once charged.
- Unlimited Large: For a monthly fee of $49 per month you will have access to any set with a retail value of up to $400. Your payment will recur until you cancel the plan and the last sets that were sent to you are returned to our distribution center in acceptable condition. A new set will be shipped to the customer when the previous set is received by NetBricks. The full cost of the membership cycle will be billed once per month based on the date the user signed up. The user will also be billed $14.99 each time a new set is shipped. A pre-authorization for up to $250 will remain the entire cycle until the bricks are returned. A member may cancel at any time. All charges are final once charged.
- Unlimited XL: For a monthly fee of $69 per month you will have access to any set with a retail value of up to $800. Your payment will recur until you cancel the plan and the last sets that were sent to you are returned to our distribution center in acceptable condition. A new set will be shipped to the customer when the previous set is received by NetBricks. The full cost of the membership cycle will be billed once per month based on the date the user signed up. The user will also be billed $14.99 each time a new set is shipped. A pre-authorization for up to $400 will remain the entire cycle until the bricks are returned. A member may cancel at any time. All charges are final once charged.
NetBricks will place authorization holds on your credit card prior to the renewal of your service to ensure sufficient funds are available when your next payment is due. This allows NetBricks to prepare your order in advance of your renewal date so that you receive your next shipment as close to your renewal date as possible.
Upon expiration of any free trial, coupon or offer for a limited time membership with NetBricks, the Member’s credit card will be automatically billed for any additional month of membership thereafter. A Member needs to cancel the membership and return the last rented sets to avoid their credit card being charged at the end of the free trial, coupon or offer for a limited time membership.
For all plans, if the last set(s) that were shipped to the member are not returned and received within twelve (12) months from the date it was shipped, the member will be charged the market price, plus 20%, of the sets as detailed on the My Account page unless they have expressly inquired to keep the sets longer.

NON-RETURNED ASSETS
NetBricks reserve the right, up to 36 months from the date of cancelation to pursue the return of the assets or cash equivalent to resolve the debt. NetBricks is authorized to use collection or other related services to collect on a debt. Any debt exceeding $50.00 is subject to credit reporting if reported by NetBricks.
CREDIT ISSUED POLICY
NetBricks does offer the ability to apply a company issued credit directly to the members account. A credit can be issued for tender in a buyback of sets/pieces, sorting payment, return bonus or other goodwill transaction that NetBricks deems executed. This credit will remain on the account until it is exhausted. Credits applied to an account cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another member or refunded to a member. If a member stops their subscription with a credit remaining on the account, the member will have 12 months from the last transaction date to use the remaining credit or it will be forfeited.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION POLICY
NetBricks reserves the right to place a hold of funds for subscription or ala cart products up to $5000 as a pre-authorization until the return of the specified set(s). This authorization will remain on the payment method until the set(s) are returned. If using a debit card, this process will hold the funds while a set is outstanding. If the set(s) are not returned, the authorization will be pushed manually to the card. This pre-authorization is variable based on the type of subscription or product the member has been shipped. A valid credit card is required at all times when product is checked out.
REFUND POLICY
You can Cancel your NetBricks subscription online at any time. Visit your My Account page and select “Manage Account” or contact customer service. All charges are final. Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. If a refund is issued it will require a 5-7 day processing window before they are visible to the member or user.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
NetBricks wants to make sure all customers are enjoying the NetBricks service. To insure this NetBricks offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all new orders. If you are not completely satisfied with NetBricks you may contact us for a refund minus shipping and handling within 30 days of the subscriptions start date. A restocking fee will also apply. This guarantee is only valid on new subscriptions.
MISSING PIECES AND INSTRUCTION BOOKS POLICY
All set(s) are allowed a certain amount of loss as a part of the subscription service. In the event the number of pieces missing becomes excessive, this varies by subscription level but ranges from 15-40 pieces, or select pieces that have a higher than average price are not returned, the member will incur the full replacement cost of the select pieces plus $15. Mini-Figures are the most common piece that can incur additional expense to the member if not returned with the set(s). Members will be notified of any said missing pieces from the previous order to the current email address on-file in advance of a charge being initiated. Instruction books must be returned in the same condition as received. In the event a customer’s return order does not include instruction books or the instruction books are damage, NetBricks will charge the customer $15 plus the cost of the replacement instruction book.
SET RETURN POLICY
In order to provide a high-quality service to our customers, it is important that LEGO sets be kept separate from one another. When pieces from one set are mixed in with pieces from another, neither of those sets are available to other customers. All set(s) and instruction books are shipped in packaging designed to protect the LEGO pieces and instruction books and keep them separate from other sets during shipment. Sets must be returned in the packaging in which they were shipped and cannot be returned co-mingled (e.g., with LEGO pieces from one set mixed up with LEGO pieces from another set). Sets returned in a co-mingled condition will be assessed a fee of up to the full replacement cost for each set. Fully disassembled set(s), keeping each set separate. Partially assembled sets will incur a sorting fee. Bag set(s) by similar color to help keep turnaround fast.
SET PRICE CHANGE POLICY
Set prices are subject to change without notification. If a set price changes after your set has been placed in your queue, the item will be honored at the initial queue price subject to NetBricks’ sole discretion. Prices may change based on market conditions, status of the set and or general availability. NetBricks does not notify members of price changes.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
You understand that NetBricks does not in any way screen its Members, nor does it attempt to verify the information posted by its Members. NetBricks makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of Members and their interaction with your LEGO sets. In no event shall NetBricks be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct or indirect arising out of the use of the service. You understand that NetBricks makes no guarantees, either expressed or implied, regarding the LEGO sets you rent through the service. You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish on the service. You will not post on the service inaccurate, abusive, offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party’s rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). We reserve the right, but we have no obligation, to reject any information or photo that does not comply with the prohibitions sets forth in this section. NetBricks reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at our sole discretion.
CODE OF CONDUCT
As a user or Member of this service, you agree:
- I will return the sets broken down after I’m finished with my play cycle.
- I will notify NetBricks of any damage or missing pieces that were lost during the time I rented the LEGO sets and understand that I might be charged the full amount of the sets to replace it.
- I will count my pieces as a result of organizing them in advance of building to ensure I have all the needed pieces to complete my build.
- I will not post or send any content or engage in any conduct that subjects NetBricks to any threat of civil or criminal penalties.
- I understand that negative posts via any social media sites that are managed by NetBricks are subject to removal if internally deemed untrue or inappropriate.
- I assume all liability for use of any information I find on the NetBricks website.
- I have the authority to enter into this agreement by being at least 18 years of age.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
This website and all content contained therein, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties and/or other proprietary rights and laws of the U.S. and other countries. NetBricks is also protected as a collective work or compilation under U.S. copyright and other laws and treaties. All individual elements making up the site are also copyrighted works. You agree to abide by all applicable copyright and other laws, as well as any additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the site. Copying any content from this site to any other site, or reselling, distributing, or publishing that content in any way is prohibited. Any violation of this paragraph shall subject the violator to severe penalties and you shall indemnify and hold NetBricks harmless from and against any and all costs and damages incurred by NetBricks as a result of such violation. Any photos or descriptions submitted on the website become the property of NetBricks and you assign to us, with full title guarantee, all copyright with respect to any information and photographs that may be used for promotional or other purposes.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Use of NetBricks and any information obtained from the website is at your sole risk. NetBricks shall not be liable for any loss, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any claim against NetBricks by any other party. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, SHALL NETBRICKS, ITS SUPPLIERS AND ITS THIRD-PARTY AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES EVEN IF NETBRICKS HAS BEEN ADVISED SPECIFICALLY OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS OR ITEMS ON THE SERVICE OR ANY PROVISION OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages. In no event shall NetBricks be liable for any amount in excess of the Membership fees paid by the Member.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NetBricks, its officers, directors, shareholders, and agents, from any damage suffered directly or indirectly as a result of your use of its service. You agree to pay any and all costs, damages and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs awarded against or otherwise incurred by or in connection with or arising from any such claim, suit, action or proceeding attributable to any such claim. NetBricks cannot and will not act as a mediator or arbitrator between Members in any dispute arising from the use of the Service.
RIGHT TO ASSIGN
NetBricks may assign its rights to this Agreement without the Members’ consent. If NetBricks assigns its rights, is sold to another entity, or enters into an agreement with another company to share information, NetBricks or its successor will give notice to the Member who may opt out by terminating his or her membership.
LEGAL ACTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT
If a dispute arises between any Member of the website and NetBricks, any legal action will be brought exclusively in Illinois, United States of America, in accordance herewith and the laws of Illinois shall apply without regard to any other choice of law considerations. Any dispute which arises out of or is related to this Agreement, shall be resolved by BINDING arbitration conducted by a retired judge of the superior court or an impartial person chosen from a list supplied by the American Arbitration Association, to hear this matter in Illinois, United States of America using the American Arbitration rules of Commercial Arbitration. The parties shall initially both bear their own costs of the arbitration. The prevailing party in any BINDING arbitration or Court action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be entitled to recover costs, expert witness fees, attorneys’ fees and arbitrator’s fees. By using or continuing to use the services of NetBricks, I agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
PRIVACY POLICY
NetBricks values your privacy. The Privacy Policy outlined on the Privacy page explains how NetBricks treats the information collected when you visit the website and/or sign up for the subscription service.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
To send you email reminders about various activities or services, NetBricks requires your e-mail address. NetBricks will also request your name, address, and telephone number to send you the LEGO sets your builder is craving. NetBricks does not collect any other personally identifiable information that you do not expressly provide. NetBricks will never sell, rent or share your personal information, including your e-mail address, with any third parties for marketing purposes without your express permission. NetBricks may share your personal information for the purpose of delivering an e-mail to you, obtaining a debit that is outstanding or as required by law.
USAGE INFORMATION
In addition to collecting personal and non-personal information, NetBricks may also collect non-personal, aggregated information about member’s use of the website. This information is not personally identifiable and will only be used to find out how members use the NetBricks service and website. For example, this information will tell us how much time users spend on our site, from which other sites members came, and to what other sites subscribers go.
EXPIRED CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
NetBricks will engage a member with reminders 90 days from the date of the expiration with the credit card on file. This communication is intended to mitigate any break in service by processing the subscription plan in accordance with the member’s plan. In the event a member exceeds the expiration time period without reconciling the account, the account will be placed “On Hold”, while locking the member out of their account. A phone call into member care (312-585-7450) will be needed in order to reactivate. Any future cycle of product delivery will be delayed until an updated card is presented.
CHOICE/OPT-OUT

NetBricks may change this policy at any time without notice. An annual policy update will be emailed to all active users at the end of each calendar year. The user terms do not require reaffirmation annually upon initial acceptance.
